1. Client

What are the types of client? We have both IT and Non IT Clients. We have dealt over 3500+ clients from all over India across industry sectors. A small list of our clients is available on our website.

2. Current Performance

  • What is the success rate of other franchisee? Most of our franchisees are under one year old. Our oldest Goa Franchisee has achieved his 300 % ROI last year. Mr. Dariel (9892880860).
  • What is the existing infrastructure? Since this is a virtual business, we have the virtual infrastructure required to run this business and we have a 1200 square feet office in Pune. Take a street view of our office through our website link.
  • What are your other products? Resume Writing, Soft Skills training, Career Counseling, Linked IN Profile Creation, Video Resume Development, career portfolio Development and may more.
  • Oversees office details? We have our marketing representative in (Dubai – U.A.E. & Canada – U.S.A.)
  • Do you have Franchisees in my city? Yes we are in the process of creating in your city.

3. Financial

  • Why are you charging the Franchisee Fee now and in the subsequent years? Our business is subscription based all the databases and the software’s we use are subscribed. In addition business development nationally is done through-out the year. To summarize, there are 7 points why we charge the fee. 1) Career Placements Brand, 2) Job Portal, 3) Applicant Tracking System, 4) Internet marketing to get work, 5) Email integration, 6) End to End Business Training, 7) Operational Support for the entire year.
  • So how do you assure me of income? We are morally bound to ensure that you take home 6 lakhs per annum.
  • How will I get payment? You will get the payment By NEFT. An ERP software login is shared to keep a track of your work.
  • What is the tax implication? Taxes will be levied as per laws such as TDS and Professional Tax. You will get the TDS certificate.
  • Who will 1) Allocate work 2) Do Sales and Marketing and 3) Collect the Payments? All will be done by Head Office in Pune.
  • What are the other costs besides the Franchisee fee? Your Internet & mobile Bills.
  • How soon will I get my first cheque/payment? You can receive your first payment within 90 days.
  • Can I make an online Payment of the Franchisee Fee? Yes we also accept NEFT and RTGS modes of payments.
  • How much can I earn by taking this franchisee? Minimum of 4-6 lakhs in with no limits totally depends on your skills.
  • Do I have to open current account? No, all you need is a saving account, preferably HDFC account.
  • Will I get a reference amount if I refer and he/she takes up your Franchisee? No, mainly for 3 reasons, 1) Ours is not a MLM company, 2) You need to recover and make profit 3) The Fee which is paid is for the 7 points mentioned in 3.a.

4. About Career Placements

  • In which cities do you have franchisees? We have a physical presence in 15 major cities namely Pune (Head Office), Mumbai, Nashik, Jalgaon, Nagpur & North Goa in the Western region. Ludhiana, New Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Jaipur, Jalandhar in the Northern Region; Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Chennai in the southern region and in 2 more overseas countries (Dubai – U.A.E. & Canada – U.S.A.)
  • How old is Career Placements? We are 23 years old and started Franchising in 2014. Currently 50 + franchisees.
  • What is your company status? We are a Pvt. Ltd company called “Mirchandanis Career Placements India Pvt. Ltd.”
  • Are you ISO Certified Company? Not yet, but by next year end it will be an ISO Certified Company.

5. Role

  • Why are you not hiring employees instead of Franchisee? We are looking for Entrepreneur who can take the responsibility of the work. If we hire employees we have to monitor the work and attendance as well.
  • What will be my role? Sourcing, Shortlisting, Conducting Interview, Liaising the interview with the candidate and client. You also have to take Interview Feedback from Client and Candidate.
  • What is the working methodology? This is totally Work from home concept where the requirement from the company and the database of the candidates will be given to you. All you have to do the service part for which the training will be provided to you.
  • What are the do’s and don’ts? Do your work religiously and don’t miss any work which is allocated to you.

6. Training

Where will be the training? OOne day Training will be done in your City. Online training as per convenience can be conducted. Training comprises of using the Applicant Tracking System and understanding the Vision, operations and products of Career Placements.

7. Work Load

  • How much work will I get? You will get work for the entire year. You will at least have of Rs 1 lac of work in hand at any given point of time and the work which is given to you will not be shared with any other Franchisee.
  • What are the timings of work? Although Flexible, but stick to office hours, You can do all your backend work in night or morning.
  • What if in case I get the company or the candidate? You will get additional 5% and it will be added in your share.
  • What do I need to start this business? Computer with Internet connection and a mobile phone.
  • Can I specialize only IT? Yes you may specialize, based on your skills and availability of work load.
  • How many days will I get to close the vacancy? You will get 2-5 days to send the first batch of CV’s else the vacancy will be passed.
